FOUNDER AND CEO
Otis has been in the gaming and interactive entertainment industry since 1998 including a successful 9-year tenure at EA. He uses forward-thinking, charisma, and a strategic aptitude to lead the team at Disruptive. Being a veteran marketer, Otis has a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic business relationships and is responsible for leading and managing the company’s overall direction. Disruptive was recently recognized by Business in Vancouver as one of the fastest growing companies and also awarded Otis the Top Forty under 40 award.
Ty has more than a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, with 7 years as a Director. Ty directs all our creative concepts, brand identities, and content execution. He has a passion for art and oversees the artistic vision behind Disruptive. He is always encouraging the team to be innovative and think outside the box. Ty has created content and had a collaborative relationship with major publishers, including: Microsoft, WB Games and LEGO.
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Nitesh is a gaming and tech industry veteran with over 10 years of experience specializing in strategic brand marketing and business development. As a Senior Product Manager at Electronic Arts, Nitesh built and executed global campaigns for several prominent franchises including EA SPORTS NHL, SSX, Skate, and Need For Speed.
